Privacy Policy
Transparency about the data we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how GigaStream360 (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit Gigastream360.com, create a client account, purchase a subscription, contact support, or otherwise use our IPTV-related services (the “Services”).
We design our systems so that we only process the data needed to deliver service activation, billing, account security, customer support, and lawful business operations. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where consent is required by law, we will request it separately.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account details: name, email address, username, password (stored hashed), company name (if any), and preferred language.
- Billing & transaction data: billing contact details, selected plan, connection count, subscription term, invoices, payment status, and limited payment metadata returned by processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by PCI-compliant gateways).
- Support communications: ticket content, WhatsApp/email messages, device/app details you share, screenshots, and diagnostic notes needed to resolve issues.
- Reseller / business information: if you apply to the reseller program, business name, contact person, region, and related correspondence.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Service usage signals: connection counts against your plan limits, authentication events, error events, and anti-abuse signals used to protect streaming infrastructure.
- Cookies / local storage: session cookies, preference cookies, and similar technologies described in the Cookies section.
2.3 Information from third parties
Payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, hosting providers, and analytics/security vendors may provide status, risk, or delivery confirmations related to your transactions and site visits.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure client accounts and authenticate logins.
- Process orders, activate subscriptions, issue credentials, renewals, upgrades, and invoices.
- Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and service communications.
- Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, and security incidents.
- Improve website performance, content quality, uptime, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, credential delivery, billing notices). Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing (for example GDPR/UK GDPR), we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract: processing needed to provide the subscription and support you requested.
- Legitimate interests: securing systems, preventing fraud/abuse, improving services, and basic analytics balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping.
- Consent: where required for optional cookies or marketing; you may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with trusted categories of recipients as needed to operate the Services:
- Billing & payments: WHMCS client area processors, card/PayPal/crypto payment gateways, and invoicing tools.
- Infrastructure: hosting, CDN, DNS, email delivery, logging/monitoring, and security providers.
- Support tools: ticketing systems and communication channels you choose to use.
- Professional advisors & authorities: when required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.
- Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer under continued confidentiality protections.
Processors are expected to handle personal data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to the service they provide.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance, and protect against abuse. Essential cookies are required for core site and checkout functions. Analytics or preference cookies, where used, can be controlled through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, cart, or account features from working correctly.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, least-privilege staff access, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will take steps required by applicable law, which may include notifying you and relevant authorities.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including:
- Active account and subscription lifecycle data while your account remains open.
- Billing/invoice records for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
- Support tickets and security logs for a reasonable period to resolve disputes, improve service, and investigate abuse.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, unless longer retention is legally required.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; request portability; and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.
To exercise rights, contact us using the details below and include the email associated with your account so we can verify the request. We may need additional information to confirm identity and will respond within the timeframe required by law.
10. International transfers
GigaStream360 serves customers worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting, billing, or support providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Children
The Services are intended for adults capable of forming a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the higher age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate deletion steps.
12. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or communicated through your account email.
